Roasted Chicken Recipe – Ridiculously Succulent Roasted Cajun Chicken Breast


  • 2 large Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp White Wine
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Cajun Spice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper


  • Preheat your oven to 375
  • Line a baking sheet with tinfoil
  • Place a cooling rack on top of the foil lined baking sheet
  • Trim any excess fat from your boneless chicken breasts
  • Place all of the reamining ingredients in a wide shallow bowl and mix together well
  • Thoroughly coat the chicken breasts all around with your spice rub
  • Place the coated chicken breasts on the rack and roast them in the oven for around 30 minutes
  • Use an instant-read thermometer to make sure your chicken breasts are cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 150
  • Transfer the chicken breasts to a cutting board, tent them with tin foil and let the rest for 5 minutes
