  • 19 ounces (1 can) Cannellini Beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Cajun Spice
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil


  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  • Spread evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet
  • Bake in center rack for 15 minutes
  • After 15 minutes, gently toss and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes
