Impulsive Culinarian’s Cauliflower Rice Recipe

  • 1 head of Cauliflower Florets, trimmed
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Shallots, finely chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


  • In two batches, blitz cauliflower florets in a food processor until granular throughout, transfer to a clean bowl
  • Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat
  • Add olive oil to the warm skillet and saute onions for 2 minutes
  • Add garlic cloves to the skillet and saute for another minute
  • Add cauliflower to the skillet and saute for 15 minutes, stirring frequently
  • Transfer to a clean bowl, season with salt & pepper to taste
  • Serve immediately
