Healthy Protein Bites Recipe


  • 8oz Pitted Dates
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Hemp Hearts
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract


  • Add dates and rolled oats to a food processor and pulse several times until thoroughly minced
  • Transfer minced dates to a large mixing bowl
  • Add all remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly
  • Form the mixture into 1/8 cup (2 tbsp) balls
