When you spend enough time cooking for family and friends with very specific food restrictions, you inevitably start writing things down to remember just how you did it.
Over the years I’ve come up with several recipes, some of them great, some not so good, but all of them valuable learning experiences.

For personal reasons, my recipes are quite selfishly always free of gluten, dairy & soy, whether naturally or by design.
