Impulsive Culinarian’s Quick & Easy Healthy Guacamole Recipe

  • 3 large, ripe Avocados
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 large Tomato, peeled, seeded, small dice
  • 1 Shallot, finely chopped
  • 1 Garlic Clove, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Fresh Coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste


  • Cut the avocados in half, carefully remove the stone then peel
  • Mash the avocados in a shallow bowl, then transfer to a large mixing bowl
  • Add all remaining ingredients to the mixing bowl, then gently mix to combine
  • Serve immediately with your favourite tortilla chips
