The magic of cookies seems to never be lost on us, no matter how old we are. A good cookie will surely make people smile, but unfortunately a mediocre gluten free variety almost always has the opposite, undesirable effect.
There’s a different kind of recipe for almost every kind of personality, and even though the ingredients may have much in common it’s always the little details that really make a difference. For gluten free cookie recipes to be truly memorable however, they must equal or rival their traditional counterparts.
Too long have folks suffered the unnecessary mediocrity of bad confections touting that infamous “gluten-free taste”. With an almost embarrassingly huge range of high quality ingredients at our disposal, there should be no excuse. Gluten intolerant or celiac cookie lovers should settle for nothing less than the most incredible great gluten free cookie recipes; they do exist, it’s only up to us to have discerning enough tastes without settling for mediocre!
